Magnetic Particle Inspection

Magnetic Particle Testing is applied to detect surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials by using magnetic fields and iron particles to reveal discontinuities.

RadioGraphy (GammaRay/Xray)

Radiographic Testing (RT) is used to detect internal defects in welds and materials using penetrating radiation. This method identifies discontinuities such as cracks, porosity, slag inclusion, and lack of fusion through film or digital imaging.

Liquid Penetration Inspection

This method detects surface-breaking defects using penetrant liquid based on capillary action. It is suitable for non-porous materials to identify cracks, porosity, and leaks.

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Performing holiday detection on coated pipelines and structures to identify pinholes, discontinuities, or coating failures that may lead to corrosion.

Vacuum Test

Vacuum testing is used to detect leaks in welded joints or surfaces, especially in tank floors and structures, by applying vacuum pressure and observing bubble formation.

HOLIDAY

Holiday testing identifies defects in protective coatings, such as pinholes or discontinuities, to prevent corrosion and ensure coating integrity.

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)

PAUT is an advanced ultrasonic method that uses multiple elements to produce high-resolution images of internal structures, allowing accurate defect detection and sizing.

Hardness Test

Hardness testing measures a material’s resistance to deformation, ensuring it meets mechanical and engineering specifications.

PMI (Positive Material Identification)

PMI is used to verify the chemical composition of materials using portable analyzers, ensuring the correct alloy is used in critical applications.

Hydrostatic Test (Hydro Test)

Hydro testing evaluates the strength and leak-tightness of pressure systems by filling them with liquid under pressure.

PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment)

PWHT is performed to relieve residual stress and improve the mechanical properties of welded components through controlled heating processes.

WPS / PQR

WPS and PQR ensure that welding procedures are qualified, standardized, and meet industry codes for quality and safety.
